Poorly written documents are a pet hate of mine, be it a letter, an email, a flyer or a web page.  If it’s badly written it really winds me up and I want to jump in and sort it out.  In this day and age, your website is your weapon. A bad one will put off potential customers.  I was looking through a page on a website recently and there were some 15 errors in 3 short paragraphs!  Sorry, but it just gives the impression of a back alley business run by a dodgy dealer  and you certainly won’t want to buy their service or product!

Your website is often the first point of contact with a customer.  Don’t make school boy errors, get an expert in to help you.

  • Secondly, it needs to look professional
